The school has undertaken a thorough Self Evaluation and as a result of this we have identified four key priorities:
- To prioritise Clara Grant’s pedagogical approach to teaching the lowest 20%
- To ensure that the Early Help Team respond to the needs of the school community with regards to safeguarding and pupil well-being, to ensure that they can access the full curriculum
- To maintain exceptional curriculum provision across all year groups
- To maintain the love of reading to ensure all pupils access the full curriculum offer
